A cellular phone bag that accepts most sizes of smart phones. The designs in this collection of bags are derived from Mayan women's textiles, in this case an elaborate motif common to huipiles from Comalapa, Sacatepéquez to Concepción Chiquirichapa in Quetzaltenango. The beadwork is done by a women's cooperative near Lake Atitlán, and the bag is finished with a vintage style metal clasp frame.. The removable knotted cotton crossbody strap was designed to mimic ropes of ikat yarn before they are separated to reveal their patterns.
